To start the booking process for a tourist accommodation, please enter the dates of your vacation and check availability.
To make the reservation, you must fill out our form and follow the instructions. You will receive a reservation confirmation and will have to pay the total amount of the reservation using a credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD).
Reservations cannot be canceled.
If, due to reasons beyond our control, "CONTADOR EMPRESARIAL SL" with NIF B55246508 and address Plaça del Marquès de Camps, 9. 17002 – Girona, under the commercial name "Habitatges Turístics Riba Pitxot" has to cancel or change your reservation, we will notify you immediately. In this case, we will offer you an alternative property with similar features or refund the total amount paid.
The accommodations are equipped with the necessary utensils for 4 people. In Riba Pitxot accommodations, a cleaning service with a change of sheets and towels is included for stays of 7 days or longer. For reservations of two weeks or more, there is a change of linen every week. This service is free for full weeks booked. We will notify you of the change day, and we kindly ask you to have the dirty laundry ready for the change. We do not provide beach towels.
We send an email with the access codes to the property. You will receive it on the same day before the arrival time. The arrival time starts at 15:00, but if you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know, and we will do our best to have your accommodation ready upon your arrival. Likewise, we ask you to leave the property by 11:00 on the departure day. We try to be flexible
with these times, but we cannot guarantee anything, so we kindly ask you to consult us in advance.
Please notify us immediately by email at informacion@ribapitxot.com about any problems or complaints, and we will do our best to resolve them as soon as possible. If we have not been notified in writing, no claims will be accepted once you have checked out.
During your stay, we reserve the right to enter the property to address maintenance issues or for the delivery and collection of linens.
In the event of a power, water, or other service outage due to circumstances beyond our control, Habitatges Turístics Riba Pitxot cannot be held responsible.
Tourist tax: 0.99€ per person/day for those over 16 years old.
We also request that before your arrival, you send us the IDENTITY DOCUMENTS or passports of all the occupants of the property to register them and comply with current regulations.
